From the beginning of April until the end of October the weekly rate is €1250,- .This includes water, gas and light as well as the use of the private parking space. There is also a cleaning fee of €60,-

Minimum stay is one week. If you are interested in renting between November and April and/ or for a longer period of time, please enquire for special rates.

Please be aware that we do not permit pets or smoking in the apartment.
